How will I receive, download and install my WordPress themes and plugins ?
As soon as you order is completed, you’ll be able to download your products right from the payment confirmation page.
You will also receive a purchase receipt email including download links for your products.
You can connect at any time on your account on presscustomizr.com, and download your purchased products from there.
Our themes and plugins are delivered as .zip file. ( what is a .zip file on wikipedia ? )
You don’t need to unzip the .zip files. Install your theme and plugin by uploading the zip file in your WordPress administration, in Appearance > Themes > Add new for a theme, and in Plugins > Add new for plugins.
Can I upgrade my plan after signing up ?
Yes ! You can upgrade your plan at a prorated rate on your account page when logged into our site. The prorated rate means that you’ll be charged for the price difference between your current plan and the new one.
Will my yearly subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Your yearly subscription will automatically renew after one year. A reminder email is sent two weeks before the renewal so you can decide whether or not you want to keep your plan active.
You can cancel the subscription at any time on your account page. However an active license key is required to receive updates and get support.
What happens if I cancel my yearly subscription ?
You can cancel your subscription at anytime from your account. After cancellation, you won’t be charged anymore and your license key will be active until expiration of your yearly plan.
When you plan expires, you don’t receive updates anymore and you can’t access premium product support.
How does Lifetime plan work ?
Unlike yearly subscription, lifetime plan is a one-time payment. Once purchased, you’ll get lifetime access to product updates and support. You’ll have access to all current and future premium features and bug fixes.
Can I use my premium themes or plugins for my websites and for customer sites ?
Yes! You can install and activate your products on personal or client websites.
The unlimited websites plan allows you to install and activate your products on as many websites as you want.
Will I lose my previous settings used in the free theme or plugin ?
No of course. If you are a user of a free theme and plugin and install the pro version, all settings created with the free software will be preserved when installing the pro one.
What's your refund policy ?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money without questions. You can apply for a refund within 15 days of purchase.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase ?
Yes. After completing your order, you’ll receive a purchased receipt by email with a direct link to your PDF invoice.
