What is a Premium Support Job?

Our Premium Support Jobs are typically 30 minutes to 1 hour tasks. It can include a simple customization, a code review or a plugin setup.

Are there limits to the tasks Press Customizr will do?

To help make sure we can keep all of our customers happy, we only do small fixes and jobs. This means that 30 minutes to 1 hour tasks are in scope and larger, more complex projects are out of scope and would require a specific quote.

Will you support more than one site?

Our pro support plan is just for one website. You are welcome to sign up twice if you have two sites.

I'm not using one of your themes or plugins, can I sign up?

Our Premium Support plan is only available for users of the Press Customizr softwares like the Customizr free or pro themes, the Hueman theme, and our premium plugins.

How long does a task take to complete?

We complete tasks within 2 business days, most within 12 hours. If you request a task over the weekend, we generally take care of it on Monday morning unless we deem it to be urgent.

What will you need from me to start the service?

All we would need is an administration access to your WordPress admin and FTP credentials to access your files.

How will I communicate with your support team?

All your request will be treated privately with our powerful ticketing system. As soon as you send us your request with the Support form or via email, our system notifies one of our support team member and we'll start to work for you.

Who are the developers I will be in contact with ?

Our developers are working exclusively for Press Customizr. At Press Customizr, a developer can only be assigned on a Premium Support Job if he/she has completed 6 months of free WordPress theme support in our forums and written in-depth documentation pages for our product. Your communication will be done in English, but we can also speak French and Italian.
